EAST NEW YORK COMMUNITY LAND TRUST × UNIVERSE CITY NYC INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS ZONE VISIONING SESSION (1 OF 4) LIVE FROM UNIVERSE CITY

You are invited to join the first of four East New York NY Industrial Business Zone (ENY IBZ) Public Site Visioning Sessions that East New York Community Land Trust (ENYCLT), Universe City NYC and Grow Brownsville are hosting on four sweet Saturdays from 2—5p: 30 July, 20 August, 15 October & 12 November 2022 at Universe City NYC (234 Glenmore Avenue 11207).

We are convening organizations, businesses and residents to share ideas and collaboratively dream of what should happen on 7 vacant lots currently owned by New York City’s Economic Development Corporation, Police Department & Department of Homeless Services. We will use these visioning sessions to 1) create a detailed plan for the sites, 2) fight for the city to transfer these lots to the Community Land Trust and 3) advocate for city, state & federal funding to implement the plan.
